UX writing for Alipay+ partner portal

Project description

Alipay+ is a mobile-first payment solution by Ant Group’s International Business Group that facilitates convenient cross-border payments. 

I was tasked with the UX writing for Alipay+’s partner portal, where partners (acquirers and payment service providers) can manage their payments and marketing campaigns. 

The portal empowers our partners to manage and grow their businesses independently, which significantly reduces the time needed for our support teams to gather and report results.

Approach

For the first iteration of the partner portal, an MVP was built based on existing customer feedback and business needs.

Creating a product from scratch for a new business line involves coping with plenty of uncertainty. In order to establish a good foundation for the portal’s UX copy, I worked with the relevant stakeholders to establish a formal termbase and UX style guide.

We’re in the process of collecting the first round of user feedback for the portal from our partners.
